Refund Policy

At Live Unparalyzed, we are committed to providing high-quality services that empower our clients. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible with our refund policy.

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds will be issued for any services that have not yet been provided.

• Once a service has been rendered, refunds will not be granted, even if the client is dissatisfied with the results.

Policy Exceptions

• If an appointment or service is canceled in advance, a full refund may be issued at our discretion.

• In cases of extenuating circumstances, we encourage clients to reach out so we can assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
